“Becoming” is a music film shaped by the close relationship between sound and image. Music accompanies the visuals throughout, with both developing in constant interaction and influencing the rhythm, atmosphere, and emotional direction of the film.

At its core, the film explores the tension between different versions of the self. Masks, distance, hardness, and alienation are contrasted with openness, sincerity, naturalness, and warmth, creating a gradual movement between concealment and self-revelation.
